A new album (his 39th studio release) and a new tour were announced in October 2011 for the King of Country Music, George Strait. Six days later, the new album “Here For A Good Time” debuted Number One on the Billboard Country Music Charts which gave him his third Number One Album debut in a row.  The title song, “Here For A Good Time” shot up the charts to become his 73rd top five hit.

Joining him on tour will be his longtime friend and partner in crime, Martina McBride.  “I love Martina. She’s been on our tours before and she’s great,“ commented Strait. “I’m really looking forward to the tour. Martina will definitely make it a special night,” Strait said in a recent press release.
